Absolutely useless at communication. Why say I can pick up an NDSS order over the phone, then only for them to say they can’t give it to me when I get there after driving half an hour to collect. If you’re diabetic and need a human to speak to, rather than a women with a robotic answer, don’t bother going here.

Ive had great experience with the chemist with the compounded cream i used to get, one batch they made it wrong, after a while of using it, i realised it wasn’t working and i returned it politely, they promptly made another and charged me, i asked this should be free as its not my fault i was given a faulty product, the pharmacist said it costs them money to make it, i protested and said it costs me money as well. Under consumer laws ,i shouldn’t be charged a cent. Never buying from them again, I’ve scripts and receipts to prove my purchase.

Had nothing but good experiences here. Friendly, helpful staff, quick service, staff communicate well on things. Has a friendly, humble feel and opening hours are very helpful for a night shift worker.

Excellent service. I needed a cream formula compounded and it was quick and easy to upload my script and collect within a few days. Friendly service at the pharmacy desk, and the pump packaging was much nicer than at other compounding pharmacies I've used.

I had a lady maybe in her early to mid 20s serve me who was absolutely lovely! She made me feel comfortable in what i had to discuss and she made our conversation discreet, she was excellent!
